In a world that can sometimes seem engulfed in perpetual chaos, the ability to capture a little slice of heavenly peace here on earth can truly be a magical thing. What if I told you that the ability to silence external disturbances, connect with your higher self and allow the flow of light to come in holds the space for profound deep healing on a cellular level.
The trouble is that our endless responsibilities, and frequent stress, casts a shadow over our ability to turn inward and quiet the mind. The truth is that healing necessitates the creation of a new environment from the chaotic one that created the imbalance in the first place. For many, transitioning from the old to the new means a conscious effort of directing the will to begin exploring new states of being to facilitate the healing we seek.
Today, I am overjoyed to announce that in February we will have our grand opening of our new healing space in Melbourne, Florida with a second location in Orlando. Both are energy healing and empowerment centers designed to help you achieve greater states of inner peace, facilitate healing, accelerate personal growth and transformation for greater joy and contentment in your daily life.
If you’re local to the Melbourne or Orlando areas, I welcome you to join me in experiencing the transformative power of energy healing in one of our new spaces. For those further away, I also offer distance healings. For more information, please see my website.
To kick off this year, I have been offering free Max Meditation’s every Tuesday at Noon EST. There are still several more remaining in this series and I would love to have you join us. I guide you through breathing techniques and a process of full body relaxation, with guided visualization to help your body and mind achieve deep states of relaxation. If you’ve been wanting to begin or to re-engage with a mindful meditation practice this meditation series is for you. Register here.
Energy healing is a transformative practice that taps into the body’s natural ability to restore balance and harmony. It acknowledges the interconnectedness of our physical, emotional, and spiritual selves, recognizing that energy flows through us in intricate patterns. I’ve long realized that the body follows the mind in the healing process, but it wasn’t until the last several years that I personally experienced the profound effects energy has on our physical body and our wellbeing. If we are to get well and stay well this part needs to also be addressed.
This is why over the past several years I have been both experiencing and extensively studying various modalities of energy healings based on wisdom teachings that have been tried and true for thousands of years. I have seen so many positive shifts within myself and witnessed the same for others as they learn the keys for self empowerment and the positive fruits that are realized in their lives through this process. It’s amazing to witness the transformations that take place when we get to know and work on ourselves first, and how this changes our perception of the world and the way in which we interact with others. The joy and peace we are able to cultivate from within radiates out into every interaction we have and one person at a time we change the world to be the more beautiful world our hearts know is possible.

- To make straining easier I use a mesh strainer over a pitcher-style 4-cup measuring cup. This makes transferring the stock to the canning jars easier. I do one jar at a time, cleaning out the strainer as needed. the fat will rise tot he top of the jars in the fridge which can be included in whatever you are making or scraped off if your body is not ready for all the fat. Discard the bones and vegetables. Meat still on the bones can be eaten or reserved for soups.
- I love to drink the broth warm with a little sea salt added with meals or use it cook rice or vegetables. I also use it anytime a recipe calls for stock or broth. So delicious healing to your gut!
