Empowerment is one of those words we hear often. It’s used in personal development, wellness, leadership, and spirituality. We associate it with confidence, motivation, and positive thinking.

But true empowerment goes much deeper than that.

To me, empowerment is the process of remembering who you are beneath the conditioning, expectations, fears, and limitations you’ve accumulated throughout life. It is reconnecting with the wisdom, strength, and light that have always existed within you.

Most of us were never taught how to do that.

From an early age, we’re encouraged to look outside ourselves for answers. We learn to seek approval, follow expectations, and measure our worth against external standards. Over time, we can lose touch with our own inner knowing.

We begin to doubt ourselves. We second-guess our intuition. We give our energy away to worry, fear, people-pleasing, and the endless chatter of the mind.

Even highly capable people can find themselves feeling disconnected, exhausted, or uncertain about their next step—not because they lack potential, but because they’ve become separated from their own inner authority.

Remembering What Was Never Lost

Empowerment is not about becoming someone different.

It is not about fixing yourself.

It is not about striving to be more.

It is about remembering what has always been there.

When we reconnect with our true nature, something begins to shift. We become more grounded, present, and aligned with the deeper truth of who we are.

We move from reacting to responding.

From fear to clarity.

From confusion to purpose.

Life doesn’t suddenly become free of challenges, but we meet those challenges differently. We are no longer tossed around by every circumstance. Instead, we develop a stable center from which to navigate life.

Why This Matters

As a Functional Medicine Health Coach, Energy Healer, and Spiritual Guide, I’ve seen many people spend years searching for the right supplement, practitioner, relationship, or circumstance that will finally make them feel whole.

While support is important, true healing begins when we remember that the greatest source of power, wisdom, and healing already exists within us.

Many of us can sense that there is something more available to us.

A deeper connection.

A clearer sense of purpose.

A more meaningful and aligned way of living.

Yet we often don’t know how to bridge the gap between where we are and where our soul is calling us to go.

A Path of Self-Discovery

Throughout history, spiritual traditions have taught that human beings are far more than their physical bodies, thoughts, or personalities. They understood that we are energetic and spiritual beings with the capacity to consciously shape our lives.

These teachings were traditionally passed from teacher to student through direct experience, practical training, and inner work.

One of the reasons I love the Empower Thyself program is that it offers a framework for understanding yourself more deeply while providing practical tools for working with your mind, your energy, and your spiritual nature.

Rooted in the ancient Mystery School tradition, this two-day class explores timeless teachings that have guided seekers for thousands of years. Participants learn practical tools for personal empowerment, spiritual protection, and strengthening their connection with their Higher Self.

More importantly, it provides an opportunity to experience these teachings for yourself.

Throughout the weekend, many participants discover a deeper relationship with their intuition, a clearer understanding of the patterns influencing their lives, and a renewed sense of purpose and direction.

Many leave feeling more grounded, more connected to themselves, and more confident in their ability to navigate life’s challenges.

At the heart of the program is an Initiation—a sacred ceremony that marks the beginning of a deeper journey of self-discovery and empowerment. For many, it becomes a profound experience of reconnecting with their inner light and remembering the potential that has always existed within them.

What If There Is More?

The teachings are powerful, but what often impacts people most is what they discover about themselves.

Their own wisdom.

Their own strength.

Their own capacity to create meaningful change.

Because ultimately, the journey isn’t about becoming more powerful.

It’s about realizing that the power you have been searching for has been within you all along.

If you’ve been feeling that gentle pull toward something more—more clarity, more purpose, more connection, more joy—perhaps this is your invitation to explore what is possible.

Not because you need fixing.

Not because you’re missing something.

But because there may be more of you waiting to emerge.

  1. To make straining easier I use a mesh strainer over a pitcher-style 4-cup measuring cup. This makes transferring the stock to the canning jars easier. I do one jar at a time, cleaning out the strainer as needed. the fat will rise tot he top of the jars in the fridge which can be included in whatever you are making or scraped off if your body is not ready for all the fat. Discard the bones and vegetables. Meat still on the bones can be eaten or reserved for soups.
