In our most challenging moments, we often feel like we have to face them alone. But the truth is, help is always available, both from the spiritual realm and the people around us. We are divinely protected, and when we ask for assistance, we open the door for miracles to unfold. I personally know this to be true. I’ve been witness to this unfolding and my logical brain cannot explain it, yet my heart knows them to be true.
When I am witness to these deep truths they often send goose bumps through my body. Today I call those truth bumps. What my logical mind cannot fathom somehow every cell in my being recognizes the truth in them. I would like to share some experiences that I know to be true and you be the judge if any of it rings of truth in your being.
A powerful example of this comes from a friend of mine who survived the crash landing of Delta Flight 4819 on February 17, 2025 in Toronto. As the plane went down, she called upon Archangel Michael for protection. In that instant, she felt the overwhelming presence of angelic forces surrounding them. Looking back at the video footage of the landing, she can pinpoint the exact moment when divine intervention occurred.
Another example that always sticks in my mind is when my son was experiencing health challenges. At that time I felt truly alone and was beginning to feel quite hopeless. I didn’t know how to help him. The conventional treatment alone was not working for him and the next step was surgery but even that was further complicated by extremely inflamed tissues and his body not tolerating the dosage of meds needed to reduce the inflammation he was experiencing.
I felt deep in my gut that we could do something ourselves to help him along-side the treatment he was receiving. Unfortunately, I just didn’t know what, or where to get that information. Not knowing what else to do for him, I prayed what I can only call a mothers desperate prayer. I cannot explain what happened next but somehow within days… three to be exact. I began to have leads to people and information that could help us. It was as if the universe was suddenly conspiring to open doors and provide us with the answers we needed.
As information came our way we began implementing it and gradually he became less inflamed and his body began to heal. To this day he has not needed the surgery that once seemed his only option. From that point on, I have yearned to better understand how I had been able to access this information to come into our lives. This answer to a prayer that literally changed everything for him, for our family and set me on a new path and mission in life.
These experiences are a profound reminder that when we ask for help whether from angels, guides, or the Divine itself it is indeed provided. The spiritual realm is always listening, ready to step in and offer support when we call upon it.
Just as the spiritual realm responds when we reach out, so can the people in our lives if we remember to ask. Yet, so many of us hesitate to ask for help, feeling as though we can or should handle it all ourselves. This couldn’t be further from the truth. We are meant to walk this journey together, supporting and uplifting one another. We are not meant to be an island sitting all alone.
Seeking help is not a sign of weakness; it is a sign of strength. It allows us to deepen our connections, opens us up to receive guidance and wisdom from others, and to experience the profound love and support that is always available if we only ask. It is also a wonderful way to allow others to give back, and can even provide them with a sense of purpose. Whether it’s leaning on a friend, working with a guide or mentor, or reaching out to a trusted community, asking for help opens the door to deeper connection, healing and transformation.
Please remember… No matter what challenges arise, you are never alone. Suffering is optional. The Universe, your angels, and the people around you are here to support you. When you open yourself to receive help, both spiritually and physically, you align with the flow of divine protection and grace.
So, if you’re feeling lost, overwhelmed, or in need of guidance, remember: help is always here. All you have to do is ask!

Life is full of waves; some gentle, some crashing, but meditation teaches us how to ride them with grace. It’s not about achieving perfection but about finding balance amidst the ebb and flow. Through meditation, we learn that just like in life, we may lose focus, stumble, or feel overwhelmed, but we always have the next breath to realign. This practice isn’t about escaping the waves; it’s about strengthening our ability to navigate them with resilience, presence, and self-compassion
