I’m absolutely amazed by the latest research uncovering the transformative power of energy healing. Admittedly, I’ve always leaned towards a scientific, analytical mindset, which is why I pursued education in Integrative and Applied Functional Medicine for health coaching.
However, over time, I’ve come to realize that true wellness that helps you to not only get well, but to stay well often requires going beyond just addressing the physical imbalances through diet and lifestyle changes. It often involves acknowledging and addressing the whole person which includes addressing the impact the mental, emotional, and energetic aspects of our being are impacting our wellness. Initially, I was skeptical of the energetic side, considering it too “woo woo” and distant from the science I trusted.
But my perspective shifted when I witnessed remarkable improvements in both my own health and that of my clients through energy healing practices. It’s incredible to see how scientific research is now aligning with ancient teachings, validating the profound healing potential of practices like laying on of hands—even without the need for belief.
I recently came across some studies showing the potential power energy healing has on cancerous tumors. Research has shown incredible results, with energy healing producing complete remission of tumors in cancerous mice—even among skeptics. Reading that completely blew me away… this is NOT at all intended as medical advice.

Please always consult with your medical care team regarding your treatment, but certainly after reading their research and studies it planted the seed in my mind of the potential power energy healing holds and a worthy consideration along side any treatment you may already be exploring. The Bengston Healing Method, similar to laying on of hands, led the charge in this groundbreaking research.
Dr. Bill Bengston’s work not only revealed astonishing healing outcomes but also challenged the notion that belief is essential for success—both for the healer and the recipient.
Our bodies are intricate networks of liquid crystal matrix, with tissues, cells, and DNA enveloped in liquid crystalline water. Many believe this acts as a receiver for electromagnetic and quantum energy.

Further studies demonstrated that electromagnetic recordings of energy healing influence gene expression in breast cancer cells. Dr. Bengston’s team captured these electromagnetic waves during healing sessions and observed significant changes in gene expression related to cancer and immune system function.
Our cells communicate through electromagnetic frequencies, yet our focus remains primarily on a chemical and mechanical model of health. Maybe it’s time to expand our realm of thinking when it comes to healing to go beyond just the physical.
This isn’t medical advice, but rather an invitation to consider our inherent potential power to facilitate healing in more ways than we sometimes acknowledge. Let’s embrace that we may be capable of affecting more than we actually realize.
