Sweet Potato Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
The bowl:
- Sweet Potatoes
- Coconut oil
- 1-1 1/2 lbs grass fed beef
- Bacon with black pepper (uncured center cut low sodium)
- 2 eggs
- Avocado
- Hot sauce (optional)
- Barsari Seasoning

Yields: 4 Servings
Directions
- Cut sweet potatoes in rounds with several scoops of coconut oil–cook in a pan until done
- Cook beef on medium to high heat and season with Barsari and black pepper
- Cook bacon until done
- Cook eggs over easy
- Put a scoop of ground beef in bottom of bowl, followed by sweet potatoes, 2 eggs, a few strips of bacon, and a couple slices of avocado. Hot sauce optional.
