Green Beans – Easy/Delicious

Ingredients

1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed. (Frozen beans thawed also work)

1/4 cup olive oil

1 teaspoon minced garlic

N

1 teaspoon sea salt

Prep Notes:

Combine green beans, olive oil, garlic, and salt in a bowl; toss to coat.

Allow green beans to marinate for 30 minutes.

Can be prepared on the grill or in a frying pan or griddle.

Directions

Preheat grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate. Arrange green beans on a grill pan. Place grill pan on preheated grill; cook and stir green beans until lightly charred, about 10 minutes. Or sauté for about 10 minutes on a the griddle or a frying pan on medium heat until slightly charred in color.
