Gluten Free Banana Bread with Chocolate Chips
Ingredients
The banana bread:

½ cup butter

2 eggs

1-cup cane sugar (or one of the following – coconut sugar, honey, or monk fruit)

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup mashed bananas

2 cups 1-1 gluten free flour

½ tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp sea salt
-
¼ cup Dairy Free milk (almond, rice, oat or milkadamia) + 2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar to make buttermilk. (Let sit 10 minutes)

½ cup chocolate chips
