Gluten Free Banana Bread with Chocolate Chips

The banana bread:

  • ½ cup butter

  • 2 eggs

  • 1-cup cane sugar (or one of the following – coconut sugar, honey, or monk fruit)

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 cup mashed bananas

  • 2 cups 1-1 gluten free flour

  • ½ tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp sea salt

  • ¼ cup Dairy Free milk (almond, rice, oat or milkadamia) + 2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar to make buttermilk. (Let sit 10 minutes)

  • ½ cup chocolate chips
