Coconut Macaroons

The Macaroons:

  • 6 egg whites
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 Tablespoon vanilla
  • 3 cups coconut

Prep Time: 10 Minutes

Cook Time: 15 Minutes

Total Time: 25 Minutes

Yields: 20-24 Macaroons

Directions

  1. Whisk egg whites and salt until stiff
  2. Fold in honey, vanilla, and coconut
  3. Drop onto baking sheets (about 1 Tbsp)
  4. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes
