Chocolate Cherry Superfood Balls

Ingredients

N

1 cup pumpkin seeds


N

½ cup nuts
 (I used almonds)

N

16 dates
 (or 8 medjool dates they are bigger)

N

½ cup dried cherries


N

¼ cup dried coconut


N

2-tablespoons cacao powder

N

1-tablespoon coconut oil

N

1-tablespoon raw honey (optional)


N

Hemp or sesame seeds (optional, to roll balls in. I used hulled sesame seeds)

24-30 small candy size balls

No Bake Recipe

Directions

  1. Finely chop all ingredients and combine together, or combine in a food processor. You want everything to be combined, yet not fully blended. Some chunks are nice!
  2. Form into small balls and either keep as is, or roll in hemp or hulled sesame seeds.
