Arugula Pesto
Ingredients
The Pesto:
- 1 cup fresh arugula
- 1 cup fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 to 3 cloves garlic, to taste
- 1/2 cup raw walnuts
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt, plus more to taste
Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Total Time: 10 Minutes
Yields: 1 Cup
Directions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a small food processor and process until everything is broken down, or use a blender if you would like a smoother result.
