Slow Cooker Sausage and Sauerkraut
Ingredients
The Dish:
- 1 (20) oz can sauerkraut
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 1/2 pounds polish sausage
- 1 onion, sliced and fried in butter or coconut oil
- 2 cloves garlic
Prep Time: 20 Minutes
Cook Time: 6 Hours
Total Time: 6 Hours 20 Minutes
Yields: 5 Servings
Directions
- Saute onion and garlic in butter/coconut oil
- In a medium bowl, combine the sauerkraut and honey. Then place in slow cooker. Arrange the sausage and onion over the sauerkraut.
- Cook on low for six hours
