Pecan Pie Fudge

The Fudge:

  • 2-3 cups pecans, resulting in 2/3 cup pecan butter (or purchased pecan butter) 
  • 1/3 cup honey 
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Total Time: 20 Minutes

Yields: 10-12 Servings

Directions

  1. In food processor, process nuts into nut butter until smooth – about 5 minutes (add a little oil if needed). 
  2. Combine pecan butter (use 2/3 cup), honey, and salt and bring to a simmer over medium heat. 
  3. Allow to boil for 3 minutes, stirring often, until it pulls away from the sides of the pan. 
  4. Spread on parchment paper and press pecans into the top. 
  5. Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
