Double Layer Fudge
Ingredients
The Fudge:
- 1 cup coconut oil
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/3 cup coconut
- 4-5 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Pinch of sea salt
- Chocolate chips and coconut to decorate
Prep Time: 15 Minutes

Total Time: 15 Minutes
Yields: 16-20 Squares
Directions
- Combine coconut oil, nut butter, honey, and 1/3 cup coconut in food processor. Mix until combined.
- Spread half of the mixture onto parchment paper. Place in freezer.
- Add cocoa powder to the remaining mixture. Mix.
- Spread chocolate mixture over nut butter layer.
- Decorate with chocolate chips and coconut.
- Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
