Coconut Macaroons
Ingredients
The Macaroons:
- 6 egg whites
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla
- 3 cups coconut
Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cook Time: 15 Minutes
Total Time: 25 Minutes
Yields: 20-24 Macaroons
Directions
- Whisk egg whites and salt until stiff
- Fold in honey, vanilla, and coconut
- Drop onto baking sheets (about 1 Tbsp)
- Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes
