Grain Free Oatmeal
Ingredients
The Oatmeal:
- 2 tbsp Hemp hearts
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 3/4 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp pure Maple Syrup
- Dash of Himalayan salt
- Mixed berries for topping
- Pecans or Almonds for topping
Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Cook Time: 5 Minutes
Total Time: 10 Minutes
Yields: 1 Serving
Directions
1. Heat the almond milk until hot
2. Add the seeds to the milk and stir until well combined
3. Add the cinnamon, maple syrup & salt to the seed mixture and stir to combine
4. Once mixture has thickened, top with nuts and berries
Notes
Add shredded coconut flakes and/or nut butter to make this even heartier!
