Gluten Free Pumpkin Bread
Ingredients
The bread:
- 1 cup almond flour
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- ¾ cup pumpkin
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup melted coconut oil
- 3–4 eggs
Prep Time: 30 Minutes
Cook Time: 45 - 60 Minutes
Total Time: 1 hr 30 min
Yields: 8-10 Servings
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 F.
- Combine all wet ingredients in a bowl. Mix.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Stir until well-combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan. Bake for 45–60 minutes.
