Health Coaching

My extensive training has exposed me to the latest dietary theories and most effective coaching methods, all aimed at assisting and guiding you in discovering the lifestyle and diet that best suits your unique needs. 

Meditation

Many people have trouble meditating because they can’t quiet their mind. Our guided meditations help to first relax the body and once your body is relaxed it becomes easier to find the spaces between the thoughts where the many benefits of meditation are realized.
